I brought my car here after a break in and vandalism event on my vehicle. After mis-quoting me the cost of the repair and informing me it would be 1200 more, my repair date kept getting pushed back. It became clear that they bit off way more than they could chew, and I was left without a vehicle for 6 weeks. During this time it was very difficult to get any information, and the information I did get was usually wrong. Despite all this, when I got my car back the mirror was still broken, and they tried to hide the issue instead of buy a new part. The steering column was also assembled wrong, creating a major hazard. At this point I just completed the work myself because I had lost so much confidence in City Collision that even a simple fix like that is not something I would trust them with. Stay away.

Great body shop. Car had to stay with them for longer than expected, but they ensured that the job was done right and caught additional things that needed to be fixed that my insurance's initial estimate had not included.

I was referred to this shop by my insurance company, and at first everything seemed fine. However, the timeline kept getting pushed back—first it was “another week,” then it turned into repeated delays. When I finally got my car back, I took it to the dealership for an oil change where they also do a free multipoint inspection. The dealership discovered the control arms were still damaged and had not been repaired. When I brought this up to my insurance company, they refused to cover the remaining damage from the accident. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. It felt like the shop was more focused on moving cars through quickly and collecting insurance payments than ensuring repairs were done thoroughly and correctly. I would not recommend this shop.

City Collision did a superior job on my vehicle. The staff is more than professional detail oriented and are more than friendly. My initial estimate from a competitor was over $2,300 more than what I was charged and truth be told it was $1,000 less than their original estimate that I was given. This shows a high degree of honesty that is rare in this industry. The work is of the highest quality , the service to the customer is of the highest caliber and what puts them over the top is the integrity I mentioned. And to top it off, it is the cleanest body shop I've ever seen. I have had 2 repairs done on 2 different vehicles there. One was insurance and one was self pay( my most resent ) In each case the service was exemplary . I highly recommend City Collision to anyone who wants the best experience in having their vehicle repaired. Exemplary work. Exemplary People . Exemplary Company

Recently had to get work done on my car after hitting a curb. I cannot recommend this place enough. Their communication was incredible and they provided regular updates about when my car would be ready. They helped me work with my insurance and my car was ready when they said it would be. Finally (and probably most importantly) my car looks incredible! Thank you City Collision, keep up the excellent work!
